Authors may appeal an editorial decision if they provide objective evidence of factual errors, misinterpretations by reviewers, or procedural bias.

Appeals must be submitted in writing to parwitougm@gmail.com within 30 days of the decision. Disagreement with the reviewers' scientific opinion alone is not sufficient grounds for appeal. The Editor-in-Chief or an independent appeals editor will review the case. The outcome of this reconsideration is final.
