Effect Of Cyberloafing Behavior, Organizational Commitment, And Locus Of Control On The Performance Of Generation Z Employees

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku cyberloafing, organizational commitment, dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi pada gen Z di Kota Semarang). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang mewakili populasi generasi Z di Kota Semarang yang berstatus sebagai karyawan. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang diolah dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic Version 26 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.References
