Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to present innovations in the culinary field by utilising local ingredients, namely cassava, to create unique and attractive modern food products. Through the programme "Innovation of Cassava-based Food into Modern Food (HOTKONG) in Bengkulu City", it is hoped that it can increase appreciation for the potential of local food ingredients and introduce new variations in food consumption to the community on Jalan Kinibalu 8 RT 12 RW 2 Kel. Kebun Tebeng, Kec. Ratu Agung Bengkulu City. In addition, this activity also aims to provide opportunities for students to develop their creativity and skills in the culinary and business fields. With this business, it is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of the local culinary industry and the regional economy by utilising the potential of local raw materials in a sustainable manner.
