Bima Journal ( Bussiness, Management and Accounting Journal) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal, published by Bengkulu Young Lecturer Association (www.pdmbengkulu.org) in collaborations with  Ikatan ahli Ekonomi Islam Indonesia (IAEI), Assosiasi Manajement Indonesia (AMA), and Institute Akuntan Manajemen Indonesia (IAMI).
