EDUKASI COVID-19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SAWAH LEBAR KOTA BENGKULU

Covid-19 is transmitting from symptomatic people to other people who are in proximity through droplets, which are water-filled particles with a diameter of >5 - 10 m. This transmission occurs when a person is in proximity to a person who has symptoms of Covid-19 so that the droplets are at risk of getting into the mouth, nose, or eyes. Transmission of Covid-19 can also occur through objects and surfaces that have been contaminating by the droplets of an infected person. Intervention activities had carried out by outreach to the community at the Posyandu located on Jalan Sepakat Sawah Lebar, Bengkulu City. The target of this intervention activity is the public on Jalan Sepakat. The counseling materials delivered were about Covid-19, how to prevent it, its symptoms, and how to respond to the Covid-19 issue. Assessment of service activities is carrying out by conducting pre-test and post-test. From the results of the paired t-test, it can be seen that the average difference in knowledge between before and after counseling.
