The limited quality of small business human resources, both in terms of formal education and knowledge and skills, greatly affects the management of its business so that it is difficult for the business to develop optimally. In this activity, what was carried out was to reuse palm oil stick waste into a product that had economic value in Lubuk Banyau Village, North Bengkulu Regency. This activity is motivating by the fact that the utilization of palm oil sticks is not optimal, which is quite abundant and is only used as a homemade broomstick. With the implementation of this service activity, the community is interested in making crafts from sticks in other forms, such as woven plates and various other types of crafts that characterize the region. This training given to the community to utilize agricultural waste that has not been to become the village's superior product, which is expecting to be an option for the community's economic activities to meet their living needs.
